The fire alarm went off unexpectedly early in the morning, causing chaos and fear. The room was not completely clean upon arrival, disappointing.

The provided service was excellent. The restaurant was pleasant for dinner here, I had tasty dishes. The staff was courteous and welcoming. The location was unbeatable, for example, a shopping mall was within walking distance of the hotel.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor plus the bed of mine was noisy.

In my wife's opinion, the breakfast options were limited since the restaurant wasn't fully operational yet.

the rooms - cheap, new-fashioned with balloons and tv, as for instance. great and efficient location for our needs, near downtown areas and surrounding areas and hill since takeover of delta by mariott and the fitness centre.

Newly renovated accommodations were a highlight, offering modern decor and really good cleanliness throughout the hotel. The staff provided a warm welcome, with plenty of complimentary beverages available, including Starbucks coffee and soft drinks. Accessibility could be improved for seniors in the dining area.

When we arrived in our room it was dirty and we given another room which was nice of them but we went from a king bed to a queen.
